Wonderful week at Eu Bahia
This hotel felt like a hidden gem. We had a wonderful holiday. We paid for a room only option when booking direct with the hotel, in a premium garden suite apartment. It was number 49 which is right at the end on the left side of the hotel and I can’t tell you how quiet it is.
We upgraded to have breakfast at the hotel and you get a discount for booking 3 consecutive days. Definitely worth adding breakfast - as it’s 100% worth it! Great food options with hot buffet options and lots of fresh fruit too. My kids loved pancakes and Churros which were available on opposite days to each other. Our room didn’t have any self catering facilities except for a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. But we improvised on the days we had lunch back at the apartment.
The hotel staff have been so helpful, we were looking to hire bikes for the day and they let us try all the bikes before deciding on which ones were the best fit for our family - there were lots of options. There is a great bike lane that runs along the prom which is about 5km or so and suited us for a little activity. But you can definitely go much further with lots of bike routes.
The hotel is immaculate, clean towels and linen, the room itself is spotless, around the pool and restaurant is the same along with the well kept gardens our daily house keeper was lovely - always saying hello and keeping our room so nice with fresh towels when we needed them and making our beds every day.
Our room is a one bedroom beautiful apartment, but is set up with a very large sofa bed in the lounge for our daughters with a smart TV. The room is very spacious. . There’s a wardrobe and storage cupboard in the bedroom which was plenty enough for our family to keep all our clothes and also we were able to keep our luggage in there too (one large suitcase and 4 large ruck sacks which is a bonus). The beds were all very comfortable. Plus was a full length mirror and lots of plug sockets. The bathroom is large and modern. The air con is fabulous. You can dry your wet clothes on the line out on the terrace.
The outside terrace was so lovely with two large sun loungers and two other sun terrace chairs.
Reserving a sun bed isn’t a mad rush to the pool. And we are staying in peak school holiday season. Most were taken by 1030 but still some available after then.
The beach is a 2 min walk so we’ve often popped down for a swim during the day and come back to the pool. The sea is very clear and lovely to swim in.
There’s a lovely walk in to the busier part of puerto pollensa- from about 630pm the prom is half shaded so makes it easier in the hotter months when walking to the port in the evening. There are lots of restaurants to choose from along the front near to the hotel too. We really loved Swing ( but definitely book in advance for peak season), Casa Marquis, Unico, Lemon Lounge Bar.
We also took a trip to the old town which was another highlight to walk up the 365 Calvari steps to an amazing view. We went in the evening when it was slightly cooler and it was very quiet at the top (no over crowding). And then once at the bottom we ate dinner in the square at Onze.11. Which was so good - we had a fab table in the square. We took a taxi which was about €12 each way but you can take a bus easily.
There are several spar shops near by if you wanted to get a small food shop.
You can get fresh towels for the sunbed, mon, weds and sat. There is no deposit for the premium suites.
We had a late flight home, you may be able to extend your room on your last day for a small fee - if the hotel can accommodate, otherwise you can have an option for a potential courtesy room to freshen up before leaving to go home. But only if they have it - worth checking if you need it.
The hotels staff are all so friendly, lovely, polite and helpful. Can’t say thank you enough. We would love to come back for another stay x x

The best family holiday!
Myself, my husband and two daughters (3yo and 2yo) stayed last week of July/first week of Aug.
Welcome: Fast, efficient and very friendly.
Room was a prem garden view room. Perfect for us. Very spacious even with a double buggy and immaculately clean. Aircon was amazing, one of the best we have had. Beds were huge and so comfortable. Within minutes of requesting a cot it was in our room before we even got there. We were half board so just used kettle and our own cutlery for lunches in our room.
Food: Im a veggie as are our children. Couldnt fault menu. Snack bar was fantastic quality. And breakfast and evening meal never disappointed. Not a huge buffet, but that meant that what they did, they did really well. At least x2 veggie options each night with superb sides and plenty at breakfast.
Location: Yes a walk into town, but its a beautiful flat walk. We knew there wasnt any entertainment in the evening, so we walked to a nearby family hotel for a mini disco, had a drink there then home. The resort as a whole isnt about loud and brash entertainment. This wasnt an issue for us.
Never said this before, but we will be back as soon as we can. Perfect hotel, in Puerto Pollensa.

Great stat at Ea Bahia
We had an exceptional experience at this hotel on our visit to see the eclipse! The front desk staff were very friendly! The rooms were clean and cool. Loved the pool and other amenities. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely stay, friendly staff
We have just spent a week at the Eu Bahia (2 adults, 2 kids) and had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, which is a great spot with gorgeous views and not too busy. It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk into the centre of puerto pollensa, which is a nice stroll along the sea front, with various bars/restaurants etc along the way. The hotel pool is fine, not huge but it was adequate for what we were after. Sadly it was necessary to get there quite early to secure loungers, but that seems to be the case in most hotels. Breakfast was good - selection of pastries, fresh fruit, full English type choices and omelette etc. We found the staff to be welcoming and professional. Room was cleaned daily and we loved the garden area we had next to the room (Premium garden suite). Not loads going on in the day/evening entertainment wise, but it was enough for us (we went into town most evenings) and there were some pool activities which we and the kids enjoyed. All in all a great stay.

Brilliant from start to finish!!
Just back today after a 7 night stay at the eu Bahía. What can I say, right from the moment we arrived we were impressed with this accommodation. Modern, clean, tidy with very friendly and welcoming staff. We booked a suite with pool view and the room was top notch. Lovely decor and plenty of space with a large modern bathroom. The pool and amenities are well maintained and the breakfast buffet is great. Food from the restaurant is also tasty and well priced. My wife also had a massage when she was here, this was booked at the desk and she said it was well worth the fee. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking somewhere to stay in puerto pollensa.
