Excelent and beautiful hotel, and super great location! Rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, clean. Bathroom is beautiful. They have breakfast buffet but we didn't use it. Parking is a few steps away from hotel in an open secured lot. Location is fantastic within the city walls and with a great view from the rooms to the plaza just at front. We loved this hotel.
The only thing I would improve is the tub area design. The faucet is in the middle and make difficult the access to the tub. It should have been in the other side or in a corner. The rain shower head is also in the middle, which makes almost impossible to be between it and the wall where you need to access the shower controls and the soap/shampoo, etc without wetting you head. If you don't want to wash your hair everyday it will be very unconfortable to use this tub and very difficult to enter the tub because or it's design layout. I would move the floor faucet and the rain shower head out of the tub center.
Hotel has also a Roman road ruins they found below when remodeling, and can ve seen through a floor glass. Very interesting! We loved this hotel and recommend 100%

Everything was great about this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable: 5 minutes away from the bus station, and close to all the sights since it is smack in the middle of the historic center. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and the facilities are impeccable. One word of advice: there is a gym in the hotel. It is located on the 6th floor, and it’s open 24 hours a day. If you are staying in the 5th floor (505-508), you will definitely hear people running on the treadmill at midnight, or dropping weights on the floor. Ask first where they are going to put you. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Very very nice hotel. It is modern and well equipped. It's in the best location with everything food, shopping around. Beautiful

My only regret with this property is that I couldn't stay longer. Everything is beyond excellent. The hotel is bright, light and tastefully decorated with the ability to visualize Roman ruins in the restaurant and the lobby. We loved our room as it was so comfortable and beautiful. This is a very quiet and serene hotel. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast and the convenience of the property which is in the heart of Lugo. I highly recommend and hope to be able to return some day.

Excellent stay

New and very good hotel, with just over 2 years old, in excellent location, very friendly staff, good quality breakfast and varied options. There are 2 parking parks, one in front of the hotel and another, with agreement with the hotel, 100m in the same street. In the lobby, there is a glass floor that shows part of a road built by the Romans and discovered during the building of the hotel. It is a hotel that I recommend because when I return to Lugo, I will stay there for sure.
