Top level hostel
I stayed in many hostels, Agorà Is 10 times above the average. Totally renovated, moderno and clean. A great Surprise. Adriana Is very kind. You are doing great

Clean hotel but full of prohibitions
Clean hotel BUT
- no washing your laundry allowed
- no charging your electric battery allowed
- no putting your beauty products and other items in the room allowed!
- breakfast ONLY at 6:30 AM
- Check-out at 8:00 AM even though it says 9:00 AM on our reservation.
Ultimately, you do not feel very welcome in this hotel. That is a concept to rework

Nous souhaitons clarifier plusieurs choses.
1. La chose la plus importante concernant votre commentaire : Nous ne sommes pas un hôtel. Nous sommes une petite auberge familiale. Cela correspond à la fois aux heures de petit-déjeuner et de départ.
2. Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez rien lu sur l'hébergement que vous avez choisi, ni au moment de la réservation et nous vous avons tout renvoyé. Sur les deux sites, il indique :
2.1 Heure de départ EN ÉTÉ : 8h00.
2.2 Il n'est pas possible de laver les vêtements à la main
2.3 Si vous venez avec un vélo, merci de nous le signaler, nos places sont limitées. Les vélos électriques ne sont pas autorisés.
3. Bien sûr… Les produits de beauté ne sont pas interdits, impossible ! La seule chose que nous demandons est de ne pas mettre d'huile sur les lits, car elles tachent les draps et on doit les jeter. Je comprends que c'est ce que tu veux dire... et je suppose que chez toi tu agis aussi comme ça.
4. Je pense que l'accueil de ma part a été bon à votre égard. Le problème est peut-être que vous n’avez absolument rien lu avant ou après la réservation. Bien que j'ai eu quelques moments inconfortables causés par votre manque de connaissances sur notre auberge.
Le mot interdiction est dur. Au final, ce ne sont que des règles d’utilisation très bien pensées et adaptées à notre type de client.
Profitez de votre aventure et n'oubliez pas de prêter attention aux détails de l'hébergement que VOUS choisissez. C'est une notion à retravailler

Don’t miss this place!!!!
The staff, the room, the hot water, the cleanliness and the location are a “10”.
Cotton sheets, towels, privacy curtains and option breakfast added to the experience. Best night sleep on the Camino Frances.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL TYPES OF AUDIENCES. ADRI, PERSON WHO RUNS THE HOSTEL IS CHARMING AND WILLING TO HELP IN EVERYTHING. WE WENT ON PILGRIMS OF THE WAY OF SANTIAGO AND IT IS A REAL LUXURY, QUALITY - UNBEATABLE PRICE. DON'T HESITATE.

Top flight hospitality, beautifully done!
A family-owned Albergue, in which seemingly everything has been thought through to salve the aches of the knackered pilgrim.
Spanking clean, super-chic and homely (I liked the individual ‘thrones’ for each shoe in the shoe rack), with possibly the nicest dormitory accommodation on my Camino so far.
Each cubicle had cotton linen, ready made up, with 3 lockers of varying sizes allocated to each pilgrim (NB this makes it easy to forget your bits as you’re not used to being so spoiled!!).
No clothes washing facilities, but….for 7 euros they will wash & dry in double quick time.
BUT the star of the show here for me was the lovely, beaming Puy (whose name I have doubtless misspelled): just so warm & kind and generally unflappable. Thank you!
