Ideel beliggenhed for Cuencas historiske by
Moderne og komfortabelt værelse. Dejlig kraftfuld bruser. Komfortable senge. Automat uden for værelset med kaffe og snacks at købe blev værdsat God beliggenhed for den historiske by. Op ad bakke til de fleste af seværdighederne. Ingen parkering ved Casa Bote, men meget nyttige instruktioner for at finde det bedste sted at parkere.

Super comfortable and well-located accommodation.
Super well-located, super cozy, and clean accommodation.
The host was super nice, recommended many things to us, and made our stay and check-in and check-out very easy.

The worst treatment I have ever received, besides dirt!!
The worst experience and the worst treatment. Diego, the owner, speaks well to you if you say nice things about his accommodation, if not, he makes your stay the worst. I told him that the small room not only does not correspond to the quality of the images but also that they did not even change the sheets. There was black hair (we are blondes) and a very unpleasant fence that we didn't know what it was. In addition to all this, when I told the owner, he started insistently calling me and writing to me. I asked him to please not bother me, that I had given him my opinion and that's it, that I had not gone there to argue, but to have a good time. He didn't care, he kept calling me to tell me that he was going to call the police if I didn't answer the phone so that they would kick me out of there (with no other alternative for a hostel or room and at night) for saying that it didn't look like the image. We told him well. He made my stay the worst by communicating my opinion. Of course I would have changed if I had an alternative there, but I didn't because I was only going for a day and a half. I was already afraid to say about the dirt and I resisted telling booking. I have to say that booking does not do the slightest thing for the client for receiving this type of treatment and making the guests feel fear and uneasiness. I do not recommend the small room at all or having dealings with this man if you are going to say something that he does not like. His character is completely changed. When I posted a review he wrote me on WhatsApp (they can't do that) to insult me. I have blocked him since then.

Although the gps put us right at the door there is no definitive sign to say you have arrived.
Run by a very helpful young man, it is some kind of converted house with rooms and en-suites.
On the dark landing outside your room there is a microwave and (surprisingly) a vending machine for snacks.
It’s up 1.5 levels.
The rooms are bright airy and clean.
Too much like a hostel for me but my wife loved it.
Nice price wise.
Run by a very helpful young man, it is some kind of converted house with rooms and en-suites.

No me gustó nada
Para no volver no me gustó nada,no te toman los datos de los DNI para mandar a la guardial civil cuando es obligatorio, te da la llave la limpiadora porque no hay ni recepcionista ni encargados ni nadie se presenta alli,solo se comunican por whatsup o si insisten tu varias veces llamando por telefono, muy muy poca información solo por whatsup y si tienes un problema te las apañas tu solo como puedas, no se hacen cargo, si el apartamento esta sucio y te quejas, con fotos y pruebas te dan las gracias por informar y asi poder mejorar para la proxima vez, pero no te mandan a nadie para volver a limpiar, luego son muy listos para que no puedas quejarte en Booking, te cancelan la reserva como si no hubieras estado, por eso no te toman los DNI, intentas dar tu opinion y Booking al dedirle el "Sr. Diego" que no has estado no te dejan dar tu opinion. Reclamas al individuo y te comenta que ha sido un error que llama a Booking y lo arregla, todo mentira, intentas mas tarde contactar y ya no te coge el telefono, lamentable
