Luxury in the Sierra de Gredos
We so much enjoyed our time at Hotel Nabia marvelling at the views to both the plains and embalse below and the mountains above. Hotel Nabia is nothing but class - our beautiful room with a large terrace overlooking the valleys and mountains beyond, lovely manicured grounds, a fabulous infinity pool and late evening outdoor dinners.
Located 7 km up the mountains from Candeleda one is truly isolated. There is a Sanctuary nearby and fields of goats but otherwise little else. If one wants 'action' this is not it. But if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place with great owners, delicious food and the opportunity to just chill Hotel Nabia is a place for you.
Sophia and Iñigo were very helpful, including pointing us to a bar in a nearby town where we could get a Spanish tortilla (it was delicious) and providing us a few breakfast items when we had to leave very early our last morning.
If ever in this area of Spain we would return to Hotel Nabia in a heartbeat.

Rest, peace, landscape,...
What can be said about a place where doing nothing more than contemplating and enjoying is telling everything.
Located at the top of a mountain, surrounded by nature, with nothing else around except a small livestock farm, it is the perfect place to disconnect, rest, read, observe, enjoy not doing anything or having worries.
Details in breakfast, living room, garden, pool,...it is a very cozy place and everyone who works there makes you feel good, including the dog, Niebla.
We stayed in room 5. Spacious, with large windows and a corner that we adopted for reading and contemplating the landscape. Also very spacious bathroom, bathrobe and very complete amenities. You can request a massage in the room. It has a terrace that is very pleasant at sunset and with a lot of privacy.
The hotel has several lounges that invite you to stay, chat, read,...and a supportive bar. Each person writes down what they consume and the room number. There is a coffee machine and kettle along with many types of infusions, all free to use until 9 p.m. Many books around the fireplace and available to guests. There is also a living room downstairs, with board games, a television,...
We had dinner at the hotel on all three nights. Wonderful service, always attentive. Highly recommended.
The garden is very well cared for and has several places to sit and do nothing but enjoy the landscape, the birds, the sounds of nature,...the pool was already open but we didn't dare, it was still cold. In summer it must be wonderful.
We know we will return.
To give it a but, a small refrigerator in the room would be very useful.

Total disconnection
We have been staying and the hotel breathes peace and quiet, all care to detail, very good dinner and breakfast is very quality and with those views it is worth it.
The very friendly and professional staff are seen to care about the customer without a doubt we will meet again.

A beautiful accommodation
I have been visiting this hotel for six years. It never disappoints. It is worth staying at it, even once in your life...if you want silence, peace, relaxation, in a natural environment, with incredible views. A standard hotel that is not cheap, but that makes up for what you pay.
Very well-kept gardens and an incredible pool, without children, noise...
Rooms spacious and comfortable. The king size beds are very comfortable.
For my taste, it was necessary to have a refrigerator and change the tiny table for a slightly larger one…. They do not provide meals and doing so in the room is a recommended option if the furniture is available.

Gracias por los comentarios!! Ya tenemos nevera en todas las habitaciones superiores... lo de la mesa parece que no pero es un poco más complicado aunque lo estudiaremos!! A todo el personal de Nabia nos satisface mucho saber que mantenemos el nivel de excelencia que queremos para que nuestros clientes disfruten al máximo de su estancia!!

Wonderful weekend
Truly incredible but true.
Where it is located, the beautiful views. Peace, tranquility, calm and I don't know what else to say.
Except that I found the hotel fantastic both inside and out.
It is taken care of in detail
Lovely pillows
The staff are equally affectionate and endearing.
And the real bitch
I don't know what else to say except that we will return and if not we will pass the experience on to our daughters and friends.
