A Decent Hotel
This was a pleasant 10 day stay and the hotel has some great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always a table available. The pool area was also nice, a large pool and separate children’s play area and also another infinity pool by the pool bar. Always a sun bed available and staff were great. Special mention to Wong who kept the cocktails flowing and was very nice. (The drinks are a bit pricey) The cleaner who cleaned our room was also lovely. There is a beach across the road from the hotel which was a huge bonus. The hotel also arranged a birthday surprise with the bed covered in balloons and a cake in the evening. Children also had a play room with a ping ping table and several consoles. The only flaw is that the entertainment was not great at all… otherwise this was a great holiday destination.

Finery urgently needed
We were here for the sixth time. You feel that the quality of the hotel is deteriorating.
The welcome was very businesslike and not very cordial.
We got a room whose pump on the door was already broken. Very strange that this wasn't made first. Only after a second report at the desk, a maintenance man came to repair the door at 10:30 p.m.
The next day the toilet was broken. This was repaired during the day.
I asked for another mattress on the sofa bed, because it was completely saggy. At first I had an old, same problem. After third report, a new mattress was laid. H
The food in the restaurant is already cold at 8.30 pm, while there are not many visitors at that time.
The taps on the pool toilets no longer all work. My mother was also locked in the disabled toilet by the pool because the lock would not open.
I reported all this on the assessment form and only received a faint email from the manager afterwards.
The friendly staff at the pool bar and pool are positive. The cleaning team also works excellently. It is very clean everywhere.
To maintain its 4 stars, the hotel is in urgent need of renovations.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you describe. Both the door lock and the toilet breakdown were resolved as soon as we were informed, and in the case of the mattress, it was replaced right away once you let us know. We are sorry the experience with the sofa bed was not right from the start, even though it was fixed on the spot.
Your comments about the taps and the lock on the pool bathroom have been logged for immediate review by our technical team. As for the food temperature in the restaurant later in the evening, we have passed this on to our kitchen and restaurant team as well.

Lovely hotel some hidden charges
Stayed for one week upgraded to a suite after 1 night as felt the standard room was very small. We moved to floor 27 overlooking the sea the views were beautiful. The suite itself was very spacious with separate bedroom large bathroom with bath and separate shower, large kitchen area and lounge area and the housekeeping service was excellent. HOWEVER what we were not told until afterwards was using the kitchen ( we needed the fridge for cold drinks) came at an extra cost of 75 euros! everything was switched off! We had already paid 492 euros to upgrade to the suite on questioning this we were told that is the rules! I think this is appalling l have stayed in many hotel suites around the world some better that this one and have never ever had to pay for the use of the kitchen area absolutely disgraceful. We also had to pay 20euros for kettle! this was refundable but l have never had to do that either. On a plus side the hotel is really lovely it’s in a great spot a few minutes walk to the front and convenient for absolutely everything. Nice pool area and no silly sun-bed reserving which was great. Breakfast was good with plenty choice although chaotic. There is also a beautiful Sky bar on the top floor 29 with great cocktails and fabulous views. Besides feeling ripped off regarding the kitchen scenario we had a good stay

Wonderful hotel
We loved our stay here. The rooms were modern and well appointed- and our balcony on level 21 - had a beautiful view and was very spacious. The mini kitchen area was superb ! The staff were very approachable and well trained in customer service . Couldn’t fault anything in the main facility at all .
Only small criticism was that the children’s entertainment was in a separate wing adjoined to the hotel - meaning the show , mini disco etc were in a small windowless room, with rowed folding seating, and no facilities or bar service etc. It really made you feel that if you had children- you were segregated off from the rest of the hotel. Normally we stay in hotels where the entertainment is at the heart/ hub of the entire facility - which unfortunately was not the case in Suitopia . We didn’t go there much - as what parent wants to spend their holiday evening in a dismal room . One of us took our kids when their was something on they wanted to see - then we left

Everything perfect
Sleeping, resting, cleanliness, isolation… Everything good. Except for those of us who don't like soccer, which doesn't work for that “continuing with your silence” while it's on.
