Spacious Room With Helpful Amenities

The room was spacious, which I really appreciated, and having a microwave oven was a big plus since it allowed me to reheat my food anytime. The dining table was also a convenient addition that made the space feel more comfortable and functional.
Overall, my stay was pleasant and I was satisfied with the setup of the room. With a few improvements in service and upkeep, this place has great potential for an even better guest experience.

Big scam

I came to spend the night with my husband big scam they have no hot water the staff is totally disrespect they told us yes there is no hot water and it's like its all the time?? Reminder is it December? Hot water is very important frankly its merits not I don't like this suck if there's a star below zero I'll put it neither staff nor service nor anything tt

very good hotel. near metro and airport and you can get the service from the staff always smiling. food is good. staff always willing to help smiling always. the gym is good clean . the receptionist are good helpful always smiling extend help.

Disaster. Sorry to give even 1 star. As 1 star needs to be deserved

Ayoub is the manager at the reception, who completely destroyed the impression about QAtar itself. I booked the hotel as we were transiting in Doha from booking.com. Don’t ever believe this website. It’s all lies. Coming to this hotel you are going back to 70s. I mean the hotel didn’t have renovation exactly from this time. We were very tired. And it was our morning trip, so the manager said it’s going to be extra charge as we have early check in. Fine. I asked if it’s ok to leave deposit for 200$. As we are going to exchange the money after having rest. He took the money but didn’t want to give an invoice as a proof. He said that come on I am not going to run away for 200$!!! Seriously?! This is how the reception acts? Habibi we are not friends and I don’t know if you are going to run away or not. I just want my invoice that I gave you 200$. The room itself looks very old and very untidy. The wall paper there only partially. Some parts are missing like someone really peeled it off. I found dirty socks in a bathroom. And immmediately called cleaning staff who didn’t speak any English and couldn’t even understand my body language. On my request to call another cleaner, the reception guy Ayoub came himself and started shouting that I need to calm down and if I want to leave the hotel I am free to go. And exactly this is what I did, however he said that I need to cancel from the booking.com and will be charged for more than 100$, I called police. Police guy asked the number of the hotel and called him in front of me. And of course they were talking Arabic, but only word that I could hear is drama. Guess what. I waited almost 3 hours and police never came. I left the hotel and I really warn you from staying there. This is how they treat tourists and I cannot wait to see them fail on world cup
