4 star hotel without services

The hotel does not have the essential services to be a 4 star hotel.
From the hot shower water comes only a very fine thread of water, you have to open to cold water and shower in warm/cold water.
Breakfast service starts at 8 AM.In a city that everything starts working very early and where in any travel by car becomes eternal and insufferable , in which if you leave after 8 AM you no longer arrive at the airport, I do not know which guests will be able to have breakfast at that time.Those who have a meeting or an impossible business, and neither do tourists because from 8 h the city becomes impossible for their transit.The hotel also does not offer box/lunch service (in several hostels of Cusco and Nazca that we leave at 4 AM if we were offered that service)
They also don't have any transfer services arranged, i.e. if you need a transfer to the airport and request the hotel a transfer they don't have that service.
