Magical stay in romantic surroundings.

Lovely place! The garden is an experience and hiking in. Sweet little chickens in different shapes can also be found among flowers and bushes. The smiling hotel staff, the present and charming hotel owner, and a food that is Michelin worthy!

Magical stay in a beautiful location

An absolutely fabulous place to stay. We were in a room that was just away from the hotel in the garden and the view was stunning. A beautiful garden planted in an English fashion with shrubs and boarders that wouldn't be out of place in an English country garden..
Torstein, the friendly owner, gave us a short history of the house he'd built the hotel around and even sang opera to us.
Then a short tour of the garden ending at the chapel he built next to a newly constructed welcome gate.
He reclaimed a lot of the materials used to develop the hotel and there's a definite shabby chic feel amongst antiques and photos of Norwegians who had once farmed there. All contributes to a warm eclectic feel that is unique and interesting.
We were treated to a call.on.a lur horn which echoed around the hills demonstrating how people would have communicated with each other or called for help.
It was a magical, comfortable stay, heighten by the fabulous food we were served with wine pairings and in the morning a breakfast that was equally delicious, wholesome, plentiful and locally sourced.
Thank you to Torstein and his staff for a stay I shall never forget. Absolutely fabulous.

Accommodation and dinner at Haaheim Farm

Fantastic nice stay. Nice service and a world-class 7retters!
The room was big and nice. Good bed and stunning views. Everything was perfect

A December night at Haaheim

What an experience! Haaheim itself is a magical place, both the lush, cozy atmosphere inside and the location with mountains and fjords around. Christmas concert with Ailie and Torstein, a fantastic 5-course dinner that each dish separately was a taste experience! The wine package we chose for the dinner was 5 different wines that matched perfectly with the dish they were served for. Flinke waiters who presented food and wine and otherwise were available. This was a winner, we'll be back! Thank you for us!

Lovely place. Breakfast draws down.

Lovely surroundings, and atmosphere. Great furniture and decor. Good southern, and lovely 5 dishes dinner.
Breakfast draws down the experience. Here there is considerable potential for improvement.
Here can be mentioned: hot hot dishes also boiled eggs, selection of round pieces, and coarse bread,
ham (not just smoked/salt), selection of cheese (what about brown cheese for tourists?)
and jam. Cooled juices. Offer about pastery not only Snickers cake. Although it is “only” is 1 hour left of breakfast should be supplemented with what is empty for, - e.g. cucumber and tomatoes. A good breakfast in these great surroundings would end your stay with good feeling.
