Fresh, clean and comfortable tropical getaway
Clean room and excellent rain shower. Really enjoyed the fresh food. Super friendly staff with Chef Oscar, Jose, Angie, Miguel at the kitchen and bar. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect for relaxing
A perfect place to get lost, listen to the sound of birds and enjoy the sun on the sea wall with direct access to the sea.The restaurant also has gluten-free options, so it is especially appreciated in this area. Whenever I go I try to book the suite with private rooftop pool. Wonderful.

WARMHEARTED HOTEL - We loved it!
Our stay at Nerea was absolutely beautiful. The hotel has such a charming and peaceful atmosphere the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Tulum
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel taken care of with genuine warmth and great service. Everything was spotless and very well maintained.
One of our favorite moments was swimming in the pool during sunrise, the light over the water is simply magical. And the food was amazing every day.
If you’re looking for a clean, intimate hotel with great energy and wonderful people, Nerea is a perfect choice.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel taken care of with genuine warmth and great service. Everything was spotless and very well maintained.

Beautiful hotel
Friendly staff and good price but restaurant is over priced a little and food was average. Love their desert though! We stayed in a beautiful room that was overlooking the water and got different animal towel designs in our room and loved it. Very clean and attentive and welcoming staff! They upgraded our room to one with a hot tub on the roof. Definitely would book again!

Dirty and air conditioner units Dont work proper
1 I wanted to share my experience regarding Room 105, as it was unfortunately very disappointing.
When we arrived, the room was extremely hot. We left the air conditioning running while we were out, but when we returned, the room was still uncomfortably warm. We informed the gentleman at the front desk, and he attempted to help by moving us to Room 5. Unfortunately, that room had a very strong odor of cat urine, making it impossible for me to stay there overnight.
As a result, I had to leave and go next door to sleep for a few hours. The most frustrating part of the experience was that management was unable to offer any reimbursement or meaningful assistance regarding the situation.
The following morning, I spoke with Luis. While he was courteous and provided me with the supervisor's name, there was ultimately nothing he was able to do to resolve the issue.
I hope this matter can be reviewed, as the conditions of both rooms and the lack of resolution made for a very poor guest experience.
