April Hotel A wonderful experience

I had a wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel in Aqaba. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Ahmad Manasrah, whose warm smile and positive attitude never failed to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I would also like to thank Ms. Maryam from the restaurant for her kindness, excellent service, .
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Captain Ahmad on the evening shift for his outstanding manners, professionalism, and respectful attitude. His kindness and dedication to providing excellent service made a lasting impression on me. I am sure he will remember me from the time we prepared the fresh mango juice together. Moments like these reflect the warm hospitality and genuine care that make this hotel truly special.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very well-maintained, and the rooms are of a high standard, even better than those in 5-star hotels. The staff are classy, ​​respectful, and kind, especially the terrace overlooking the sea. The seating area is amazing and very peaceful. The hotel owner is very respectful, a refined and ethical person. I wish you all the best.

Poor customer service, had fake picture of a pool that was not at their hotel, in fact its at another hotel thats miles away and you have to pay to use it. after I raised the issue they removed the photos, and promised return the booking cost. But they never did. The pictures over all are deceiving, and touched up too much. This place is no where near the beach or has a clear view of the beach or the sea, even from their top floor. The area is very noisy and not classy at all. I paid for two nights and checked out after being there for 8 hours.
