Smuk camping med gode faciliteter
Vi slog lejr her i 4 nætter i juni. Det er en smuk camping, velholdt, smuk udsigt og gode faciliteter. Især den nybyggede udvidelse til 2. service facilitet er smuk.
Stedet er godt placeret til at opdage området. Spørg modtagelsen, da ikke alle veje er blevet ryddet fra jordskælvet i 2016.
Rafael (ejer) og hans personale er meget venlige og opmærksomme og vil heldigvis gøre de fleste ting for at gøre dig nyde dit ophold.
Vi har grundigt nydt erfaringerne og vil se tilbage i nabolaget.

The most beautiful campsite in Europe
For many years we have been visiting the Agriturismo Il Collaccio holiday complex. Either in spring or in autumn. The complex has a beautiful location on a mountainside overlooking south via Preci to Monte Patino and west into the Neratal.
The course is equipped with 5 areas with good sanitary facilities and offers in two separate areas two large swimming pools also with children's paddling pools. The upper swimming pool was completely overhauled and modernized in 2020.
There are accommodation options for every taste: Pitches for caravans and motorhomes in different sizes. From everywhere you have a beautiful view and do not feel squeezed. You can rent bungalows, complete apartments, mobile homes and tents. The Locanda - the former manor house - offers rustically furnished rooms.
If you love nature, like hiking or are on a mountain bike, this place is the right place for you. Excursions to the Sibylline Mountains with the Piano Grande and to picturesque Norcia, Visso, Spoletto, Monteleone die Spoletto, Leonessa and Orvietto are recommended. Listing everything goes beyond this framework.
In addition, there is also a bar in Ristorante - right in the entrance area of the resort with a wonderful view over the swimming pool and the mountains - where you can enjoy very good original Umbrian cuisine. Especially the fresh trout from the river Nera, the pastes, lentil dishes and especially the fantastic pizzas are recommended. Another excellent dish is the cinghiale (wild boar) that can be found on the menu. In particular, the food prepared with the truffles is not to be despised.
Outside the high season, the small grocery store is closed to camping guests but they can order bread and rolls the day before in the bar. Other groceries can be bought in the surrounding villages of Preci or Corone in small shops, in Visso or Norcia in the large supermarket.
The resort can be recommended especially for the pre- and post-season when it is a little less crowded. It is superior to most other Italian facilities because the price-performance ratio is right and there is also an almost family atmosphere.
Anyway, we love this place and especially the people there and the open and cordial way you deal with the guests.
Room tip: Either apartment in Casale piccolo or room on the first floor of Locanda or stone bungalow.
Update for Spring 2017
The earthquake in October 2016 unfortunately also affected Il Collaccio. The reception building had to be renovated due to minor damage. In addition, a variety of anchors have now been placed through the building.

This was for us the 30th year we had visited this beautiful campsite with its super friendly family of operators for 5 weeks. For us this is the most beautiful campsite in Europe.
Everything is in 1a condition.

Panoramic swimming pool
Chalet accommodation: very nice and comfortable, with 2 children.
Also suitable for outdoor use thanks to an equipped veranda.

Sehr schöne Campingplatz mit tolle ausblick
Wir waren mit unsere Wohnmobil für 3 Nächte auf diesem entspannenden Campingplatz in den Bergen mit Infinity-Pool und Blick über das Tal. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für den Aufstieg zum Castelluccio di Norcia, auch geeignet für Fahrradausflüge. Das essen war ausgezeichnete, Gerichte aus regionalen Zutaten. Sauberkeit sehr gut und die Toiletten / Dusche sehr schön und sauber. Schmale und steile weg nach oben, aber gut befahrbar mit Womo von 7,40 m.

Spartano ma carino
Sono venuta qui con mio marito per una settimana in tenda con l’intenzione di usarlo come punto base per poi visitare i dintorni. Il posto è molto bello, immerso nel verde, con due piscine di cui una solo per i villeggiatori, a entrata libera con uso di ombrelloni e sdraietti, e una aperta al pubblico che nei weekend si riempie un pó.
Le piazzole sono abbastanza grandi per metterci anche la macchina ma sono tenute male, la nostra era molto in pendenza ed era impossibile dormire per cui abbiamo dovuto ingegnarci per mettere il materassino in piano. I bagni sono tenuti bene e puliti (unica pecca la mancanza di sapone e carta igienica che consiglierei di mettere!), il posto è silenzioso e ben fornito con market interno, ristorante, campi da tennis e da calcetto. Come dicevo, noi l’abbiamo usato come base per girare i dintorni per fortuna in quanto non è prevista animazione. In realtà, anche i dintorni sono un pó sotto tono per cui per trovare dei bei posticini da vedere bisogna farsi 30-50 minuti di auto per arrivare a Norcia, Assisi, Marmore. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, mette a disposizione racchette da tennis e ping-pong e fornisce dei sentieri da fare a piedi di massimo 3 ore attorno al campeggio. In generale un’esperienza positiva, ma con dei limiti.
