Best trip ever !
I cannot say enough about this beautiful property and the wonderful people who work and manage Ostuni a Mare.From the welcoming front desk staff Matina and Claudio to the restaurant management,bartenders,pool and life guard attendants (Dario) to the fabulous wait staff at the wonderful restaurants on property.Most of all a Very special Thank You to the Gentleman Giuseppe Di Tano front desk manager and His team for accommodating us when our travel plans erupted, making sure we were taken care of.Ostuni is the most beautiful special place and We cannot wait to come back to Puglia. Thank You to Ostuni a Mare for the stay of a lifetime

Fantastic
The hotel was wonderful. The facilities are spectacular. It is simply the best location, which I will recommend a million times to everyone who asks me, because the hotel is situated in a fantastic position, has a wonderful beach, but the most important thing, the one that remains tattooed on the heart, is the hospitality and the service. An impeccable service. Andrea, our concierge, was extraordinarily attentive at every instant, at every moment. He organized reservations for spectacular places, truly incredible ones. Without him, the experience would have been completely different. He was essential.

Fantastic staff in a great location in Puglia
All the staff were friendly and helpful with a special thanks to the General Manager, Guiseppe, who took the time to ask us about our stay and went out of his way for us to have a special dinner on our last night.
Our room was a Deluxe room and was always clean but it is old fashioned which makes it difficult to connect phones, tablets etc. The safe only has instructions in Italian which meant waiting for someone to show me how it worked. I was told that there are approximately 70 recently refurbished suites.
I had expected there to be someone cooking hot dishes at breakfast. e.g. egg dishes.
The swimming pool area is beautiful and spacious and we could always find sun beds with an umbrella. But having my room number checked against a paper list each day to be given 1 towel and being charged €5 for a second towel isn't in keeping with a hotel of this standard.
We ate dinner at the two hotel restaurants which served delicious food.
The location is excellent for visiting the famous towns in Puglia.

Very positive experience. The structure is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming, ideal for spending a day in total relaxation. A special mention goes to the beach staff, always available, courteous, and attentive to the needs of the guests. Their professionalism and kindness really make a difference and contribute to making the stay even more pleasant. Congratulations!
