Superb experience
It was really awesome to be there.Staff was really cooperative and well mannered.
Food was really nice and chef there was so obedient.
If we talk about rooms..ya the luxurious one's.
They have a study table attached bathroom and almira witha locker.

Worst Hotel Rude Staff no atticates to deal customer
worst experience in this hotel, terrible stay at hotel with much hiked room rents then usual, these category rooms are usually get in lower class hotel category. even the behave of their female staff was so unpleasant arrogant they even doesn't have the atticates how to talk to a customer. Unprofessional Behavior. No coordination of staff and honouring no commitment at all. Cheap room not more than 1000 bugs and they charging for 4 time higher price for the poor category. I ordered the food Paratha curd n tea for my driver they gave such a 3rd class food which even no body would like to give to animals even my driver complaint for such a poor class hotel and for paying this money which was better to pay at any Lodge. Even when i said i will complaint and put reviews on website the staff madam did not bothered by saying "Sir humara to bikta hai baaki aap ki marji jo aapne krna hai kro"

WORST HOTEL. WORST FOOD. WORST STAFF.
WORST HOTEL. WORST FOOD. WORST STAFF.
Following are the problems I faced at Marks Hotel.
1. I ordered a glass of Milk in the night time from them. I got some white liquid which they claim to be Milk but after consuming it, I got severe stomach troubles, acidity and indigestion. I had to take medication to cure myself and my entire stay was spoiled.
2. They served regular water to some of their other guests and they also fell ill. Their cleanliness standards are very bad.
3. I saw them at the time of cleaning my room and I noticed that the cleaning person cleaned the washbasin with the Towels we were given to use in the room. Is that the kind of towels they give to their customers, which they use to clean the washbasins? Abysmal standards of cleanliness.
4. They took 896 Rs from me for early check-in, I paid them in cash and 1 day later they asked me "You should pay for your early-check-in". When I said I have already paid, they asked "When?". After a lot of checkup they discovered the bill in their records. They do not make a computerized log of their payments and trouble the customers for them.
5. Internet stopped working in the hotel suddenly and they had no clue of how to get it corrected and it remained off for a long duration.
6. Their staff is totally unprofessional and untrained. Their service staff used to knock my door continuously till I open the door, even when I was shouting from inside "I am coming", "I am coming". This happened repeatedly.
7. Their bed is soooo springy that it caused me back pain.
8. Their pillow is sooooo huge that it caused me neck pain. When I asked them for a thinner pillow, they did not have it at all.
I seriously request all those reading this feedback, to avoid this hotel if you wish to save yourself from health issues and unnecessary psychological disturbance.

Worst Hotel in Noida
Please don't choose this hotel. Very poorly managed by rude owner and they just want to make hotel booking which are non refundable and are happy if you cancel the booking as they got their money. There is no sign or guard at hotel gate. You will spend hours finding the hotel and regret your decision. Please book some other hotel as they don’t have any sense of hospitality

Pleasant and comfortable stay!
This Hotel does not has a Board at the entrance thus locating this could be an issue. Even on Google Map it takes you to a narrow lane adjacent to the hotel. Best way to locate this place- it is right opposite to Barclays office and near Gate number 5 of a School (Cant recall name of the school). Rooms are spacious and Clean. Reception staff is courteous and helpful. Though the Waitersoom Service are a bit dry in their behavior. Breakfast was a disappointment as there were Very limited options and those as well lacking in taste. We ordered dinner from the hotel and the quantity and quality of the food was good. In All, the stay here was pleasant.
