Average Stay with Good Food & Comfortable Rooms

Visited this hotel for a 2-night stay in May. Overall, the experience was average and the property is decent if you are not expecting too much.
The rooms were good, comfortable, and cosy. One important point to note is that the Deluxe Rooms are actually bigger and more spacious compared to the Cottage Rooms.
The food taste was good and the breakfast spread was decent with decent options. However, the dining area is non-AC, which can get uncomfortable during summers.
Special thanks to Receptionists Isha and Sushant for their good hospitality!
Cleanliness was one area that needs improvement, especially around the dining area and floor passages. Also, the staff service was quite slow and the team would benefit from better training and responsiveness.
Overall, a decent place for a short stay, mainly for the rooms and food, but service and hygiene standards definitely need improvement.

Poor food quality and unprofessional service

Location and rooms are very good...but very bad experience with food..Served spoiled fish, and when we complained, staff (Aaditi) said payment was already done so nothing could be done. Very unprofessional and unsafe.”

Not good service

I had a generally okay stay until it came time to discuss checkout. The gentleman at the reception has zero sense of customer service. His tone when discussing checkout timings was incredibly rude and condescending, making me feel like an intruder rather than a paying guest. Technical details aside, there is no excuse for such an unprofessional attitude in the hospitality industry. Would not recommend based on this interaction alone.
