Excellent stay
A great stay as part of our overall experience at Parc Asterix. Rooms are great for families, very clean. Beds are quite hard though. Basics in terms of there being no water or kettle in room. Food was excellent!

Quiet in nature and close to the park, but customer service needs improvement
One-night stay at this hotel in Parc Astérix for a short visit to access the attractions and enjoy the location.
The place is very beautiful in the middle of the forest.
First downside, arriving by train and the Roissy shuttle, the transport to the hotels is very poorly indicated. As a result, we walked halfway before being picked up by the hotel shuttle because the path is not designed for pedestrians and is even dangerous. Arriving at the reception, we were offered to dine at the restaurant, but... no more choices on the schedule. Result: 9 PM, not before. Fine. The breakfast schedule, no more choices either. It is 9:30 AM. However, this is a problem because the advantage of being at the hotel in the park is precisely to access the park 30 minutes before opening, which is at 9:30 AM. Despite an endless discussion with the person at the reception, they remained inflexible. Breakfast is at 9:30 AM, period. She informs us that we should have called the hotel to book in advance. Oh really!? Nothing is indicated on the website regarding this possibility. It is truly unprecedented to be imposed such a late breakfast time. What a disappointment right from the arrival.
As for the room, there is nothing to say. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. Equipped with a balcony overlooking the trees, it is nice.
On the other hand, there is not much to do at the hotel. No entertainment, no characters on site. A pool would really be a plus, but there isn't one.
Dinner is served in the form of a buffet. The selection is very wide for appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Nothing to say, except for another lack of professionalism from the staff who completely cleared our table in the middle of the meal. No more glasses, no more cutlery.
Beyond these inconveniences, the hotel remains pleasant and the proximity to the park is a real asset. But it is imperative to improve customer service, the breakfast management system, and better train the staff.

The maintenance service is very poor!!!
The cleaning and maintenance service does not meet the standards!!!!
I called the reception (the reception and phone information were very cordial, nothing to complain about) due to a pee leak in his bed!!!
Moreover, I was very surprised to see that there is no comfort in the beds.
(He is only 3 years old, so it can happen).
I was told on the phone that there was no problem and they would change the necessary items, which was fine, the day went by and in the evening we found clean sheets and a clean comforter, except that we had not checked the mattress.
The night went by and the next morning, when waking him up, we noticed that he smelled a lot like pee, the sheets were dry, and in fact, the mattress had never been changed!!!!

100% would Recommend
Arrived early to hotel but was not a problem the staff were so friendly and helpful! We headed to the local supermarket to get snacks and water !
We came back and had drinks in the Hotel Bar. A few Mocktails .
As soon as you walk in to the main reception you already feel transported back in time ! It's so impressive the attention to detail.
We were then Guided down to our room along a beautiful walkway which was shaded.
The environment of the hotel just takes you on a journey and you feel like you're in the middle of the beautiful forest with all birds singing it's magical.
The hotels rooms are well laid out and have everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning was essential as was very hot when we were there.
The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was enough to keep us going till lunch and soo many options.
We also had an evening meal at the restaurant again brilliant choices even for a picky tweenager.
The walk to the parc is about 20mins but along a beautiful shaded walkway.
The only thing negative would be I would have loved a swimming pool on site just to be able to come back too .
All I all we loved our stay and thank you to all the staff for making it soo enjoyable.

Pleasant stay overall
Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and cozy room, 10 minutes on foot to the park, we appreciated being able to charge our electric car for free upon arrival, the only downside is that the prices are quite high due to Astérix, especially at the restaurant. We preferred to have a charcuterie board, a sausage, 2 cocktails (50 cl each), a diabolo, and a syrup with water for almost €60, but we are very happy to have come without regrets.
