Fantastic service, location and value
We were too busy to enjoy the spa/Hammam but we'll add it to the list for our next visit.

It is not a 5-star establishment.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, it does not have a common area with sofas or a relaxation area. The bar and restaurant are in a single space, so during meal times (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) it is all very noisy. The staff eats their meals in the dining area, and at certain times of the day the bar is closed; the only area with two armchairs is the reception, which is very small. Therefore, the common spaces are limited, with little privacy, and you cannot spend time in a quiet or non-passing environment like the reception and the bar/restaurant.
The rooms are very small, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired... it is not a 5-star establishment!

Our hotel is ideally situated just a five-minute walk from Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille, allowing our guests to easily explore one of Paris’s most iconic neighborhoods. We will be pleased to share your kind comments with our staff.
We are, however, sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the common areas, the lively atmosphere of the restaurant and bar during meal times, and the size of the rooms. Your feedback is very important to us, and we also take your comments regarding cleanliness very seriously. These have been shared with the relevant teams to ensure appropriate follow-up and continuous improvement.
Our hotel offers a contemporary urban concept with intentionally intimate common spaces. We understand, however, that this may not correspond to the expectations of every traveler, particularly regarding the standards associated with a five-star property.
