Fabulous hosts, food and venue.

An extraordinary haven on the edge of the fortress town of Mornas. I stayed here for three nights whilst on my motorbike tour of France.
The cabin I had was cosy and comfortable, and everything within was of superb quality. I literally wanted for nothing.
The hosts cooked for me (extra cost) on one of the evenings and it was perhaps some of the best food I’ve ever had. The breakfasts here are also something to write home about, a table full of fabulous delights.
There is a restaurant about 5 minutes walk away which is very friendly and serve great pizza, and also some restaurants in the village itself a little further away 20-30 minutes walk.
The hosts also kindly suggested some places I might like to visit whilst staying, which I did and I wasn’t disappointed. They have great local knowledge.
This was a rare occasion when I genuinely did not want to leave, as I had fallen for Provence and it took a great effort to control my emotions when I waved goodbye. Le Refuge really is a special sanctuary giving you time for yourself and your mind. I would go back at the drop of a hat if I could.
The hosts’ skills stretch far beyond just providing clean comfortable accommodation.

A huge thank you to Patrick and Dominique for their exceptional welcome. The place is really magical, the breakfast was great and the Jacuzzi... a real moment of happiness We felt so good at home. 100% recommend

Enchanted bracket

More than a rejuvenating place, an enchanted break. Comfort, cleanliness, zenitude, benevolence, generosity were our daily life during our short stay of 3 days, enhanced by an exceptional breakfast both tastefully and visually. Thank you for your Welcoming

Just Amazing

Best place I have ever stopped in. Dominique and Patrick are the best hosts, they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was the best and the rooms were perfect along with swimming pool and sunbeds. Everthing was top quality and very proffesional.

Patrick and Dominique were brilliant hosts. It's an absolutely beautiful resort with a great swimming pool. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was amazing
