Very good experience
Excellent stay with our hiking club. Very warm welcome. Thanks to Aurélie for her availability. A big thank you to the team that manages the meals, very good breakfast and dinner.

A good general experience but a very disappointing brunch
First of all, we would like to thank you for the Welcoming and organization of our weekend at Eau Vive on the occasion of our anniversary. We have been visiting Ternélia centres for many years and have always been delighted with the quality of the services offered. That is why we chose your establishment for this special moment, bringing together 75 of our loved ones.
We would like to highlight the positive points: idyllic and quiet setting, decent bedding despite an aging establishment and mostly attentive and professional teams.
But unfortunately we were disappointed by the Sunday morning brunch which did not match what had been agreed, especially for a rate of 25 € per person! The quality of the products was not there: scrambled eggs powder, cold cuts and low-end cheeses, industrial salads, first-rate pastries and mediocre pizzas... In our opinion, these choices do not reflect the standing we know of Ternélia centers.
We understand that unforeseen events, such as the absence of the cook, may occur, but this should not impact the quality of the services offered. Otherwise, an adjustment of the tariff or transparent communication upstream would have been appreciated.
In addition, your reaction to our feedback also puzzled us. We would have appreciated a more empathetic listening and a willingness to understand our expectations, rather than a justification of ancillary services (loan of dishes for our evening, time of vacating rooms staggered by 1 hour).
In conclusion, we remain generally satisfied with our stay thanks to the setting and the Welcoming, but we hope that these comments will help you improve the quality of our services...

Vous avez parfaitement raison, la qualité proposée ce jour-là n'était pas à la hauteur des standards Ternélia et ne justifiait pas le tarif demandé. L'absence de notre cuisinier n'aurait effectivement pas dû impacter la prestation, ou aurait dû, a minima, faire l'objet d'une communication transparente et d'un ajustement tarifaire.
Nous regrettons également que votre retour d'expérience n'ait pas été accueilli avec l'empathie nécessaire. Votre satisfaction est notre priorité et vos remarques constructives sont essentielles pour nous améliorer.

Family reunion
We have just celebrated our golden wedding for a week at the Eau Vive with our whole family (50 people). Everything was perfect: the setting is beautiful and rejuvenating, the rooms are nice and we sleep well, the food is good and varied and the whole Eau Vive team is welcoming, smiling and available. Thank you very much to all of you!

A top location if you love peace and nature. Simple but sufficient infrastructure, Welcoming and kindness;-); I liked it very much.
