Vacation senior citizens

Very central hotel with elevator, quite comfortable piece, with window that gives light, very clean , change of towels daily, the bad thing is that my toothbrush disappeared and the next day my toothpaste, I never found the waitress to ask.
Hotel has no refrigerator or air or fan.
The meals were with a dealer and even there, loaded with rice

Senior travel with SERNATUR

Very well located, central hotel. We touched second floor, in sector that overlooks Sotomayor. No air, no fan, no fridge. Good bed, a little cut the blanket. Bathroom without extractor....
WITH elevator.
Restaurant is a dealer, so it is a separate case, excess rice at all times, lack of fruit apart from apples and some pears. No cookies, cakes, just a few queques.
Daily change of towels.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms. The attention of the waitresses, the dining room and the reception were really of very good quality. I must highlight Ms. Jacqueline Ramos at the reception, who apart from solving or clarifying any questions or requirements, is very friendly, congratulations.

A great start or stop

A great start if you are planning to tour Chile. Big rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. The location is great, close to city centre and not that far from the bus station. The staff are helpful.

Simple

Very simple, clean enough. Restaurant ok- quite expensive as for the place, very strict hours- we couldn’t have a dinner because that day the restaurant was close ( its a restaurant INSIDE of the hotel....).
