Very happy review

The hotel is located in a chateau resort fully renovated recently. The rooms are large and comfy. The breakfast was great and we were very happy with our stay. Well done to the management for a well rounded hotel.

Hotel management doesn't Match beautiful location

The whole domaine feels like you're stepping into another era.
Amazing and magical venue surrounded y wonderful green areas.
However wifi didn't work in rooms, and very limited in public areas.
It was too cold in the meeting rooms, and the main lobby and there was no proper heating system just loose radiators here and there.
For a such a cold country you would expect the hotel to have a proper heating system and not household heating items.
My room was on the roof and was simply tiny.
Towels were not changed although we had stayed at least a couple of nights.
Cleanliness was not premium either.
Love the place but the experience overall should have been up to par with the amazing surroundings.

Stunning location

It was just a stop over, yes a stunning property on the outside but the rooms were just average. Our room was large enough but the bathroom very small, the plastic shower was claustrophobic and the shower curtain absolutely rubbish. However it was a very good price, fantastic setting and it was just a stop over.

Stayed one night

Awesome hotel, keys were waiting when we got there. Great rooms, spacious and luxurious. Very quiet at night, and price was awesome. Possibility to get breakfast as well. Hotel is a beautiful castle in a quiet rural area.

Stood-up, no keys at arrival

After informing the hotel by phone we would be arriving later approx 10pm, we were informed that the keys would be ready for us at the reception. We arrived at 9:30pm and could find no one there and no keys at the waiting room by the reception. We called the number but it was the reception which was unoccupied and with closed doors. The call was not even forwarded!!! We called booking.com to help and they tried several ways to reach the manager. At the end booking.com advices us another hotel who was happy to receive us at 11:30 pm!
We were with two kids who had to wait 90 min for an answer from this hotel. Just shameful!!!!
