Acceptable without more

Arriving at the hotel around 7pm, the room was given to us quickly, which is appreciable. It was clean overall, however the absence of sheets under the duvet was reported without any action being taken.
Sanitation was fine.
Despite accommodation on the 6th floor, the outside noise was constant and in the morning the hallway noise was very disturbing.
Breakfast was very disappointing: poor quality pastries and very limited choice.
Given the price, the services are not up to the price charged.

Acceptable without more

Arriving at the hotel around 7pm, the room was handed over quickly, which is appreciable.
The room was clean and overall blameless. However, I reported the absence of sheets under the duvet, but despite my complaint, no response or action was taken.
Sanitation was correct and well maintained.
On the other hand, despite the fact that we were staying on the 6th floor, the noise from outside remained constant. In the morning, the noise coming from the hallway when passing people was particularly disturbing
Breakfast was a real disappointment. The pastries were of very poor quality, even inedible, and the choice offered was extremely limited. Breakfast is clearly to be reviewed.
Given the price of the night, the services offered are not up to standard and do not justify the rate charged.
