Checking in was challenging - followed procedures given but no one picked up phone when we called multiple times upon arrival. Luckily someone was leaving the building a few minutes after we got there and we gained access to the interior. Not sure what would have happened to us if that didn’t happen because we wouldn’t have been able to get into the building.
The limited service hours were a bit challenging -
Never actually met the person or anyone running the place in person.
Emails/ texts took hours for responses (we waited over 12hrs when we notified them we were out of toilet paper.)

The infinity castle is very well located.

We met our host and check-in was standard. We were given a map as well with local spots.
Location is also very convenient, we walked everywhere and kept the hotel as a home base.
Bathroom is a little tight and the shower needed some Drain-O.
Overall though it did the job. For what is was and what it’s worth we were happy with our stay.
