Pearl in the manure
A pearl in the manure! Small hotel but very clean and cute, very kind staff!! Unfortunately, the neighborhood is a den of lowlifes and thugs!! A persistent stench as soon as you go out, desolation and filth……

Great service beautiful hotel
Fantastic service, I stayed with my daughter, beautiful hotel , bar and we used sauna . Everything very clean and the whole hotel smelled so lovely, with special thank you to Jewel who looked after us so well

Not the level of a 4 star
I travel often I am used to testing 4 star hotels and this one is not at the expected level. The value for money is not there. Small room, no storage space. Less than 1 m between the end of the bed and the front door... I waited ten minutes at the front desk before the receptionist showed up and I had even tried twice to reach them in the hall even in front of the empty reception, without success either by falling on the answering machine! Unlucky height, shrill and constant noise in the room, noticed by the receptionist, distraught and not knowing what to do, without proposal of solution of withdrawal, since the hotel seemed complete....luckily, this noise stopped after 30 minutes. In short, quite chilled by this experience. The TV was deprogrammed: impossible to access the classic channels, only the countless rakuten channels.

Concernant la taille des chambres, celles-ci correspondent aux standards parisiens et sont clairement décrites lors de la réservation afin que chacun puisse choisir la catégorie la plus adaptée à ses besoins.
Nous sommes en revanche surpris par votre retour concernant l’accueil. La réception est normalement occupée en permanence, et nous prenons ce point très au sérieux afin de comprendre ce qu’il a pu se passer à ce moment précis.
Au sujet du bruit signalé en chambre, nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ce désagrément ponctuel. Notre équipe est intervenue dès que possible malgré un établissement complet, ce qui a pu limiter les solutions immédiates.
Enfin, vos remarques concernant la télévision ont été transmises à notre équipe technique afin d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
Nous restons attachés à offrir un service conforme à notre standing et prenons votre retour en considération dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

Nice no frills stay
We stayed in a family room for three adults. The king-size bed was very comfortable; however, the single bed was positioned awkwardly under a sloping ceiling, which felt slightly unsafe at night. The bathroom offered only basic toiletries, which was a little disappointing given the city’s reputation as a beauty capital. The doors used old-fashioned keys, and there was a noticeable chip in the sink, which we reported.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money as it is fairly new, and both the exterior and interior are attractive. The reception area also serves as the breakfast room, so space is limited. The hotel is located in a gritty area, with a Burger King and the large Brasserie Barbès restaurant opposite. The metro is conveniently close; however, be aware that there are groups of men loitering nearby selling cigarettes and other items, despite a strong police presence.
The staff were generally pleasant, although one member of staff (who I believe was the manager) was unfriendly and questioned my sister in a way that made it seem as though she wasn’t a guest, before later apologising. Overall, it’s a decent, basic hotel suitable for a couple of nights, but if you’re looking for more luxury or a better location, it may be worth choosing elsewhere.

A truely great hotel. Our favorite one in Paris. Great staff, cosy breakfast, excellent service. Extra plus for fitness room. Close to the metroc and great shopping, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Can recommend this hotel warmly.
