I loved it.

It was more than a pleasant stay; the staff was very friendly and super attentive at all times. The breakfast was very tasty and complete. The quality-price ratio was very satisfactory. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

Quiet and family-friendly.

Memorable stay in Riad Dar Nael

Fir my short stay in Morocco, I travelled to Marrakesh and reserved a triple room for me my sister and cousin ( and I can assure you that all of us were satisfied).
To find the riad was a little bit tricky , we had to ask some neighbours for the directions and they were more than happy to help us since it was tucked away in the narrow street of the Medina.
Upon entering we were absolutely captivated by the beauty of the Riad. The lovely Fatiha warmly welcomed us and she even prepared a delicious Tea with some Moroccan cookies for us . The room was immaculate adorned with tastefully traditional furnishings.
I wholeheartedly recommend this Riad, you can not how beautiful it is to wake to the pleasant sounds of birds and having a great breakfast too .
My special thanks to Fatiha and Majda for your warm hospitality, you made our stay truly memorable

not good

we arrived back home yesterday and want to warn people about this Riad. It was not one we booked and the location was very bad and difficult to get anywhere. no taxis can get down the narrow ,numerous alley's you have to walk through .room was 2nd floor with 3 lots of difficult stairs. toilet kept refusing to fill and dirty we found out the sheets had not been changed in 4 days we were their. our holiday was for 9 nights but had to pay more money to move after being threatend by local youths who want money to show you the way anywhere. the last night we stayed (night of attack) my stress was so bad i had a siezure in night and at 4am I had to was bed sheet in the tinyest sink you can imagine .the lady put same sheet back on our bed that day.breakfast was same thing every day. so called pool was like a paddling pool .the so called map they give you is of no real use .was at least 25 minute walk to main square on a good day. the Riad we booked over 1 year ago was 7 minutes walk . we had booked Riad Al tainam ,a 4 star with large rooms and large pool, the owner thought it was acceptable to change our booking and not give us a reason .we later found out someone had offered him more money to rent all his rooms for 5 days..very hard to contact any of the riads as all phone numbers we were given where not available.
