You'll love it
We fell in love with this riad and the people who run it. Lovely and truly authentic place, not artificially modernized like many others. Very good breakfast and great location. Excellent Price quality ratio. Highly recommended

never again
Non-existent cleaning... abandoned materials everywhere. Almost dilapidated rooms. the only thing we enjoyed is the really great breakfast and our girl at reception who was really nice and helpful but I don't think we will ever go back (we were 10 people 3 families).
Surely we are too used to our western culture and condition but we felt uncomfortable throughout the stay.

Very nice little family riad, quiet and well located, you feel like home! Very good breakfast, the owner and the people who work here are lovely and welcoming.
Card payment accepted and close to the square which is easily accessible on foot through the souk. We don't hear any noise at night.
I returned with great pleasure to this riad!

Great Riad
Riad nestled in the heart of the medina in a quiet street, no more ambient noise from the street once through the door.
Authentic and typical riad, very well located, a stone's throw from the soucks, 10/15 min walk from Jemaa el Fna square via the souks, parking 3 min walk away where the first taxis are.
Attentive hosts. Aziz is available at any time and can be reached by WhatsApp. He manages the transfer to the airport if desired (paid service) but provides you with a driver at a reasonable price.
The prepared breakfast is plentiful and inexpensive. Excellent value for money.
Free WIFI.
Our air-conditioned 5-bed room was suitable for sleeping and spending hot afternoons with children.
A half floor was reserved for us which is very nice with its adjoining bathroom and private balcony. Padlock provided to secure the rooms during our absences.
Common terrace available on the roof of the Riad.
The bedding is suitable and sheets and towels provided.
Please note: the Riad allows smokers to smoke in the open air center.

Reasonably priced room for excellent location.
Stayed 5 nights in this Riad. Location was good, very quiet at night. Small compact room, with open seating area. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Excellent service and breakfast. Hot water good, Wi-Fi good. Curtain for bathroom door. Maybe next time I might pay more for bigger room, but was very happy overall with our stay.
