Clean room , helpful staff and it was a lot better than another Reid we stayed at in Marrakech, location and bees at breakfast that left breakfast unmanageable are what let it down ,, if we stayed in Marrakech again would probably consider staying again if the Bee problem was sorted

This riad is amazing! The ambiance, staff and food are all excellent. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay in Riad Charai. Wahid and all the staff were exceptional to all our family, including 2 young children. Lovely room, delicious food, peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend.

Riad number one in Marrakech!!

If we were to return to Morocco, we would choose the Riad Charai a thousand more times! Apart from the location very close to the Medina, when you enter the Riyadh from the chaos of Marrakech it seems to enter an oasis of peace! Already at the entrance you can smell a wonderful smell that gives you the feeling of being “home”. The Riad is very clean and attention to detail, as well as the rooms also equipped with a super comfortable mattress. But the most precious aspect of this Riad is the staff: the guys who work there are wonderful. We had a considerable delay on the flight and were greeted at night with warmth and kindness. Throughout the stay they helped us for anything and at any time, also because we hit the ramadan period and we had several setbacks in the organization that they solved in a few minutes and always with a smile! The restaurant dishes are delicious and at no high prices, I recommend the lamb tajine with apricots! Thank you again to all the staff, you remained in our hearts. Stefania
