Excellence

My parents and I had such a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive.
Mrs. Ngoan and Mrs. Ha were especially helpful and provided excellent customer service. We were truly impressed by how attentive, well-prepared, and professional they both were throughout our stay.
The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Hanoi, with easy access to buses and within walking distance of the Old Quarter, the Temple of Literature, and many other attractions.
From the moment we entered the main lobby, we received a warm welcome, and the hotel immediately impressed us with its high-standard facilities. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and truly deserving of a five-star standard.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. A special thank-you to Mrs. Ngoan and Mrs. Ha for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable
