Probably the best value in the area. It’s an old school motel that they fixed up and modernized. I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better place for the money in the area. Can I give it five stars? Almost. But it’s not really a five star kind of place . It’s just a really good value for the area.

Nice quiet place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel is by road but still cozy.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the queen suite itself was disappointingly cramped; there was barely room for our two suitcases (i.e., there was no closet space, so we had to leave two regularly sized luggage bags @ the foot of our bed). The room felt dated, though that may be typical for Durango hotels, and the front door had to be slammed to lock properly. On the plus side, the AC worked well, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the shower had good heat and water pressure, but the bathroom was also really small. Fine for minimalist travelers with very little gear, but, IMV, pretty overpriced @ >$160 per night for what you get; I know inflation comes for us all, but it seems like a place that should charge closer to $100-$120 per night.

Definitely would suggest!

Super nice staff. Extremely clean rooms. Older hotel, but it had all the needed amenities. Would definitely suggest this to anyone going to Durango.

Hotel is okay.
Just not worth the high price.
The pictures from hotel’s website make rooms look much larger and luxurious than they actually are
