Stayed here multiple times. This past stay I was in a room I hadn’t stayed in before. It had 2 refrigerators, one didn’t work and the other one was dirty to the point I didn’t want to put anything in it. There was a grease smudge on the bedside table from the previous person that wasn’t cleaned up. Room was otherwise comfortable. My past stays have been better and I will still stay here when in the area though due to the price and convenience.

The room was clean. The door did not actually close tightly so you could hear everything, loud people in the hallway, barking dog. Basic amenities, no coffee pot. No hooks to hang anything. Housekeeping was rude and refused to give extra towels.
Also, it is Not a 6 minute walk to the canal unless you are willing to walk over the Bourne Bridge, but the park, which is wonderful, was a short 3 minute drive. Make sure you have google maps to find places (supermarkets, stores) as the front desk was not very helpful.
It's a basic inn that seems to cater more to local workers than vacationers.

Fitted sheet had black moldy stains. Property smelled terrible. WiFi did not work. And there were strange men hanging out by a white van in front for hours into the night. Do not stay here!

Friendly enough front desk. The issue was that the room had a terrible musty odor that was ubiquitous. We left the window open and fan on, in hopes of taming the smell. Unfortunately, even after s few hours gone to attend a wedding, the condition was the same. We ended up making the drive back home instead of spending the night but I'm happy Hotels.com made money!!

The room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We told the front desk but they said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. We then saw that the sheets had dirt and hair on them and the mattress pad had blood stains. Again we told them and they did come to change the sheets and they were still somewhat dirty. Unfortunately there were no other hotels available that night and we had to stay. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
