Fantastic service

Love how close this hotel is to everything downtown. The rooms were nice and spacious. The property had amazing employees. Junior was an amazing first impression . Helped me figure out my Hilton honors issues!!!

The Amazing Branden

The hotel is great and staff friendly and helpful. Branden with the Bell Serive Team went above and beyond for me. He deserves extra recognition for helping me locate something that the hotel couldn't provide late on a Wednesday evening. Thank you Branden. Hope I got the name spelling correct.

A+ Staff members

The staff was truly amazing! Specifically the overnight team members Heather and Alex! Did some unexpected drinking and wasn’t able to drive back to SA. But Heather and Alex were able to accommodate us and get us a room. They were a pleasure and truly exhibit Hilton standards! Thank you guys again.

I arrived at main entrance to check in. Before I had time to get out of the car, valet staff approved me and asked if I was checking in and I was told to drive into the parking garage to unload the luggage. I did and found that there was no lobby entrance from inside the garage. While my son went inside to get a cart for the luggage, I called the hotel and explained the situation and a bellman was sent to the garage to help me. I told Mary Jo or Mary Ann (not sure on the name) and the bellman that it was not a good look for Hilton Hotel. I could hear Mary laughing at the situation which I was not happy about but did not call her out on it. After I settled in the room, I decided not to let the unpleasant experience ruin my trip but to leave a review instead.

Slow elevators

I came with the Barbie convention. Not only was the wait on elevators slow, the elevator controls stopped working for several floors. It happened to me on the 10th floor on the 4th day of my stay. The hotel did put uo signage for their freight elevators which were faster.
