Great room, great lobby to work, they even have pizza late night, some drinks to buy and a grab-n-go at the lobby. A 7 minute walk to the S-bahn. Great place!

never again!
I had booked an overnight stay with breakfast from Saturday to Sunday online for a total price of 112,-- Euro. But when checking in at the reception, the only moderately German-speaking employee demanded 30,-- Euro "deposit", i.e. deposit, for any damage ... The money would then be refunded to me after three days if everything was okay. I didn't get involved and insisted on my booking confirmation. It would be easy to construct an accusation along the lines of: The guest stole a towel. And then the guest would have to sue to get his money back. Suddenly it went without a deposit.
The next (Sunday) morning shortly after nine I was woken by a metallic knock on the door, then, after a second vigorous knock, someone opened the door and came into the room. I shouted something and the voice just said "sorry" and left the room again. Later I saw the maid knocking on another door as well.
Breakfast: Coffee from the vending machine, modest supply of bread and cold cuts, scrambled eggs and egg inedible.
The room itself was okay as long as the window remained closed, otherwise quite noisy from outside.

Good value
Really good value. Location is good, I like the proximity to the train station. The area however is undergoing a lot of construction so there was a lot of noise in the mornings. If you’re sensitive to this it might be a good idea to check it this has concluded by the time of your planned visit.
It is very much a moxy in that you do not have a lot of amenities in the room. The room was clean and finished to a good standard.
Beds are very hard, it’s like sleeping on a table. The breakfast is overpriced at 19 euro for what is a basic spread.
Thankfully staff is lovely and helpful and directed me to a supermarket just around the corner as the breakfast did not suit my preferences. At this price point I would consider staying here again next time in Munich.

They just served us one bottle of water..even the coffee was not included in the room. The housekeeper was serving every day but they didnt change even our towels..but the place was really bear to train station about 10 min by walk.also there are couple markets under the building it was the good side of its

Expensive, especially being away from the City Center. Area was disappointing and paid so much for the room, a complementary coffee would have been nice.
