Not a hospitable place to stay in Taichung

It was the worst experience that I ever had with a hostel. The property is in a good location. The building appears to be fairly new. But everything else is a big zero. The business caters only to local tourists. The staff members speak only Chinese regardless of the guests' nationality. The bunk beds are flimsy and creamy. The bed sheets for the upper bunks are dirty. The combination locks are a nuisance. To avoid aggravation and non responsive staff, go stay somewhere else.

I choose this hostel because the price is reasonable for saturday, other hostels are double the price.
The bed is ok but without privacy, no curtain, no bed light. The re are coffee n tea for free, location good.

Poor service attitude

Everything was great expect service attitude. A mean woman spoke to my foreign friends badly in Chinese that not all of them could understand. Besides my friends were compelled to change their room many times because of water leaking.

Great place for stay

Situated not far from the Ubus bus stop and station , the people at the reception are very nice and helpful the community room is a old offer place music is play all day (quiet music) there is all you need to cook , also free coffee, tea, water for free . All doors have security code numbers , 10 people in a room very clean , bed sheets supplied, each bed has a electric plug . There is a lift to access to the 5 floors and the roof top has a laundry for $NT40 you can wash or dry . Every thing perfect .
