Breakfast service was terrible, there was adequate staff, just had no concept of service or guests needs. There was a 25 minute delay before we could get our order in, restocking of fresh fruit on the buffet didn’t happen. There was a guest’s revolt through the dining room because of the diabolical experience.
Air conditioning was not working, we let the Hotel know, but it was not fixed during our stay, portable fans appeared as promised, but the dust released into the room made the next night’ sleep awful, we were not kept updated or offered another room, so we cancelled our last night and went elsewhere. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

4* hotel not a 5* and the restaurant was ok but not michellin
This is no way a 5* hotel. I’m not that picky but expect a 5* to be clean, not in need of a lick of paint, not have a leaking ceiling when it rains or when the windows are cleaned. If this was 4* I would acknowledge that some maintenance was required to make it 5* but booked this for my silver wedding anniversary and was will to pay extra to make it special- I simply didn’t get that. Don’t get me wrong it was nice but no way was it 5*
