Not good value for money
Me and my friends felt unwelcome by the owner of the property, you must be minimum of 21 to stay at this accommodation which was never mentioned on the website or booking.com, i also sent a previous email stating that the booking was for my partners 20th birthday which the age limit was never highlighted during the booking process. The owner was rude about it as if it was our mistake that the booking was allowed to get as far as it did without acknowledging that i had clearly stated my partners 20th.
the Place was not the cleanest either as there was black hairs on some of the beds and no one had even been on the beds yet, hairs in the bath and also dirty bedside tables.
Hot tub had far too much chlorine in it as everyone's eyes were stinging and one friend actually came out in a rash as it had irritated his skin.
For what we paid we expected better, and we didn't appreciate how we were spoken to as if i knew in the first place that minimum booking age was 21 then i would not have booked it but this was stated nowhere.
I had sent a few emails with questions before the stay as well and no one replied to any of my emails which was quite rude.
Bed sheets had marks on them as well.
Marks all over the walls.
Owners need to realise they can’t tar everyone with the same brush as we were 18-20 and left the places spotless, its not about age its about respect and people above 21 can also be disrespectful but treat people how you want to be treated because at the end of the day we were paying to stay there and the way we were spoken to was not professional.
