Ill-mannered waiter

Today May 1st I ordered a stained coffee and brought me a dark coffee and I asked him to change it and the waiter protested that little shame, other than that he attended three tables that arrived after us.

Very good hotel

Spacious and very clean rooms. King size bed and very comfortable, large TV and bathroom with a very large bathtub. The service of the staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet overlooking the good estuary with egg preparation at the moment. Very good location, place to return

Nice place

Very nice place to have a wine or a beer. To chop something is also very good, especially highlight the tortilla and raxo.
Spikes happen every little with the consumption so it is also to be appreciated.

Modern nice hotel, communication almost impossible

The hotel has been completely redesigned and is now totally modern, the rooms very nice, relatively large, as well as the bathroom, all clean and unused. Very nice the cafeteria on the roof with stunning views where breakfast was also served. The few sights can be easily reached on foot, except the Mirador do Monte San Roque, which is located on a hill. In front of the hotel there are a few parking spaces to unload his luggage. So far so good. Everything else in the hotel was pure cramp. Not one person could even come close to a word of English, so everything just became a problem. We knew there was an underground car park next door, just to get the card was almost impossible. Due to the language difficulties we parked in a wrong parking lot in the underground garage and got a ruffle the next morning (in Spanish, of course, that was unmissable). Then at breakfast you can sit where you want, but the coffee request was queried. 1 Americano and 1 cappuccino, (which means the same in Spanish) was not possible to convey this in an understandable way, we were given some coffee in front of us. Anyway, it was our only breakfast. By the way, there is a large public parking lot at the entrance and exit of the village, there would have been enough free parking, you would have reached the hotel in less than 10 minutes on foot, just walk along the promenade by the water, unload luggage beforehand at the hotel.
