Nightmare

Comunication its a word the ownwer don´t understand. Ive been in this property in 4/11/2022 to 6/11/2022. I forgot a par of airpods in the property and i sent a message to the owner. No answer. No phone calls, no messages. Nothing. To the booking help, finally somewone answer the message. The owner respond the airpods are in the company how does the cleaning. I sent new message teel im i pay to im to sent me the airpods. No more answer. 2 months later he sent me a message. To sent the airpods from the cleaning company to him, they carged 30€. My answer: i pay. Since then no more answer, no more comunication. Almost 4 months later, the owner don´t responds to phone calls or messages. If you are thinking to go to this property, i just hope you don´t need anything from the owner.

Appartamento nuovi. Esteticamente bellissimi, bagno compreso. Peccato che dispongano di divani letto scomodissimi e letti da 1 piazza e mezzo. La pulizia non era impeccabile, 15 a piedi dalla metropolitana.
Abbiamo avuto un sacco di problemi per fare il check in a causa del personale inrrintracciabile. Abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci a booking per avere una mediazione e farci contattare
