All right.

Have slept for the first time in this hotel. The framework cannot be judged because it is under construction. Very well placed in one of the main arteries of the old town, Welcoming is excellent by the staff. The rooms are very decent as well as the bathrooms, the bedding being good. Quiet enough for the area. Good experience.

HORRIBLE: FALSE AND DECEITFUL

The worst of the worst. Never to return again. Lamentable is an understatement.
Under construction, of which evidently no one tells you anything until you arrive and see it. During Holy Week, and also with tight schedules (we were going for a handball tournament in which our son was playing), it was IMPOSSIBLE to catch anything else. I am asthmatic and I had a terrible time. On top of that, the beds had corners where both my husband and I got hurt. I filed a complaint with the company I booked with and with them. They indicated that they would issue a refund THAT NEVER ARRIVED: since they do not have the HONESTY to indicate the condition of their facilities, at least THEY SHOULD NOT BE SO FALSE AND DECEITFUL, because instead of making a good impression, they leave a worse one.

HOW DO THE AUTHORITIES ALLOW A HOTEL LIKE THAT?

We have paid 75€ for a double in a hotel under construction, without elevator, with cracks in the walls that make you doubt if the building is safe, and on top of it very dirty, a shame. They think they can tease tourists and pilgrims... outrageous! There are 4 star hotels in this country that are the same price and are obviously in good condition.

Notice for tourists, do not bite!!

Trap for tourists, a regrettable treatment of the room manager, a food that at home you make better, take advantage of its location, would not last 4 days elsewhere, a painful image of the gastronomy of Pamplona, listen to me and look for other alternatives to eat

Hostel in construction and without elevator, surreal

We had a room on a fourth floor and our surprise was that the hotel was totally under construction except the rooms and obviously the elevator was gone. Surreal that we have to go up 4 floors walking and in the middle of works. Not recommended at all this hotel.
