Very cool

The apartment where we stayed was very comfortable and nice, also the boy left us many things to take us to the beach... the terrace was very large with beautiful views, and the pool one was very quiet and the other I would put a slide for the fun of the little ones and teenagers, in conclusion I recommend these apartments

NOT A HOTEL

PLEASE NOTE: …………….. …………………..
I can assure you that this is NOT a hotel but a residential complex with many multi/national residents ……………………………
The main pool and the little bar are only open in the summmer season and local restaurants close in the winter.
I own an apartment there so I know!!

Whole holiday was spoiled do to what we experienced

Workmen cutting tiles and mixing cement etc 15.00hrs into the early evening.
Dust from this work was coming through the wire fence and covering all our outdoor furniture and towels.
And Wasn't able to eat our afternoon tea on the patio area. I was told that the apartment and furniture would be cleaned the next day but this didn't happen. Damaged sun loungers and plastic decking damaged due to chair legs.
Only Seaview when you look to the left. no sun loungers at the top pool or 3euros each per day at the lower pool.
not good for persons with disability's as plenty of steps and slopes down to the lower pool or beach.
Bad attitude of the workers when we asked them why they was doing this kind of work at theses times. There answer was if you want to relax you should have booked into a hotel.
PLEASE be aware when booking.
Owners can have maintenance work taking place unto 7/8 pm in the evening and are not required to notify other residents or clientele

Out dated and dirty

Very dirty apprtment nr 15-4B hosted by ANtonio. Airco's are never cleaned. Kitchen is old and dirty with broken equiment. Lots of things are broken such as dishwasser and fridge. Windshield on the outsite broke off, crack in a window and unprotected electricity.

Old and dirty appartment

Broken fridge, airconditionings that have never been cleaned and which are broken also. Windshield on balcony broken, toiletseat broken. Beds that have old matrasses, etc. But the owner sells it as the best place on earth. Antonio and his wife should not be in this business
