Great place to stay

Amazing location, room overlooking the beach was lovely, clean and staff each day friendly as they refreshed room for us. Quite quiet, air conditioning amazing. We did half board which was brilliant with food meal times available plus lunch meals available to purchase.
Bit of a journey from airport as lots of drop offs locally but loved being away from main town area if Can Pickafort. The beach and facilities were excellent.

Wonderful

Excellent from start ti finnish catteref fir familues.Staff friendly.entertainment very good and first class food.Room was everything I could possibly if asjed for.

Disappointed

When I read the reviews I think we must have stayed at a different hotel. The room we were given was supposedly a city view I am sorry it was more like a hostel room and the view was a street view!!! We ask for an upgrade if possible, we were given room 152, garden view not quite!!!!!! It was were all the cleaning staff met first thing in the morning. Two basic chairs on the balcony, room was ok but very basic. Sheets were not changed during our stay and we had to ask for clean towels. The choices at breakfast and dinner weren’t bad, although not a lot of choice. It felt like an old people’s home with the big numbers on the doors. Needs a complete overhaul to match the other hotel within the area. But judging by the reviews from other holiday makers it great hotel.

Right on the beach.

I booked the hotel for the stay after the cruise it was right on the beach half board the room was very big but basic the food was good & you could walk into the town the sea was amazing warm & clean. The pool was nice although deep staff were really nice lady on reception was English. The only down side for us was no hand wash in our bathroom. Shop just around the corner to buy water & all supply's x

Family holiday.

Wonderful hotel right next to a lovely secluded beach. The rooms are very clean and airy. Staff are lovely. But the icing on the cake is the food, it was amazing as was the evening entertainment. Bingo which was great fun (even for total beginners) and the live music after each night was spectacular. Thank you so much Son Baulo, see you again next year.
