We will repeat, very comfortable house.
Very comfortable house, very good service, explained a lot of routes to do, and the accommodation was super clean. The garden and common areas are beautiful have barbecue and everything. To put some glue parking in the town is a bit complicated.

I can't put dates because we didn't even stay, my father-in-law was hospitalized and we couldn't go, this circumstance didn't matter exactly the same to them, charging us the 405 euros without a call beforehand to ask why we hadn't been able to arrive.
This was a luxury for them because by not giving 14 days' notice, they keep the money and put others in.
This circumstance has never happened to me where they steal our money, instead of at least postponing the weekend
If the telephone treatment is like this, it is about attracting new clients, I don't even want to imagine the terrible service in person.

La casa en general está bien. Nosotros cogimos un ático. Nuestra cama hacía mucho ruido, las almohadas tampoco nos gustaron. Las sillas comedor incómodas, también echamos en falta ahora en tiempos COVID algún producto desinfectante ( tipo sanitol u otro, bolsas basura) en el apartamento. No pudimos hacer uso de las zonas comunes ya que estaban ocupadas por otras familias que acamparon a sus anchas con sus mesas...... Cuando llegamos. En fin nosotros lo pasamos muy bien en nuestro apartamento.

Muy recomendable
Instalaciones excelentes, totalmente equipado, limpieza impecable y atención muy buena. Una incidencia con el cable de la antena fué solventada al momento, así como el asesoramiento de visitas a realizar por la zona. Totalmente recomendable.

Debido al Covid no pudimos ir y nos han cobrado igual
Cancelamos una reserva debido al Covid. Anulamos cuanto dieron ciertas alertas en Aragón y nos han cobrado igual, además sin dar opción a nuevas fechas.
Creo que el motivo es más que justificado. La zona és familiar però veo que no se tiene en cuenta la protección y prudència de los usuarios.
