Parque Santiago is a quiet complex, so the noise level should be kept low after 10:00 p.m. The resort is carrying out a room improvement programme, so renovations will be carried out in different areas throughout the year. During this period, construction may cause disruption, although the property will make every effort to minimize noise and disruption to services. Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform Parque Santiago III Official in advance of your expected arrival time. Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held at this accommodation. No noise is allowed from 22:00:00 to 08:00:00.
