Excellent value, on-site parking & walking distance to Lake Bled
Breakfast was a little strange. Each day we came nothing was left on the table as last guests had eaten it, we had to go to the next room (cafe) and ask the staff to bring food to the breakfast area, which they did bring, but it's very awkward to have to ask....

Little details that ruin your vacation!
This accommodation is a real scam:
It is not a luxury residence but a student room. We had the 3 places on the ground floor which many people complain about.
No coffee machine, just incredible. The listing of equipment indicated is not respected.
No lounge area, a chair and an armchair are missing according to the photo provided by the owner. No toaster or dryer.
The hodgepodge of photos of all the accommodations is misleading. We only had part of the curtain, which was useless. Both the shutter and the curtain are not blackout. Big problem in the bathroom, no hook, little storage, and yet it is large, but empty. Humidity on the floor and laundry not drying. VMC non-existent or ineffective. I consider it unsanitary. Great for napkins.
The refrigerator makes so much noise that you have to unplug it for the night. Cleaning, not done everywhere.
A lamp that doesn't work above the dining table, switches everywhere without understanding anything.
Switches above the hob. Great safety standards.
We were treated to the fire alarm from the neighbor who couldn't think of anything better than frying food on vacation. The other neighbor who passes the Karcher on his terrace on Sunday evening.
No spare trash bags, no household products, no napkins, 1 tea towel, no microwaves. I think even a student is better equipped in the end.
And to provide, a booking customer service which returns the responsibility to the owner, who is just there to benefit from tourists' money. We only have a response in principle, without seriousness and a proposal for an arrangement.
The reception was botched and late than announced.
We also have an old lady who watches over us as we leave.

Cancelled reservation without notice
Made a reservation to this accomodation and paid the pre-deposit within 30 minutes of booking.
When checking reservation 4 weeks later we were told that reservation was cancelled because they did not receive money. When I send my proof of payment, was told that they missed my payment but unfortunately had already rented the accomodation to somebody else.
Unfortunately we booked directly on their own website and not via an online platform as tripadvisor or booking.
They required pre-deposit within 24 hours (which we did), but after almost a week still waiting for my money to be returned.
Don't book direct on the website to ensure your booking is actually secured and your money will be returned if not.
