The hotel is a pleasant option for those looking for comfort, a good price and a good location during their stay. Despite being simple, it is comfortable and well located, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The reception, although a little small for larger groups, doesn't seem to be a big problem. The presence of lounges with sofas near the cafe location can provide additional space for guests to relax.
The rooms are comfortable, with satisfactory bathrooms (at the end I talked about the room I stayed in). The hotel staff is a positive point, as they are all very attentive, cordial and friendly, which certainly contributes to a positive experience. The breakfast stands out for its quality, being served in a personalized way through a menu. This approach can provide a more pleasant and satisfying experience for guests, who can enjoy meals without the hassle of hotels.
We were a group of 4 couples, so each couple stayed in a room, ours was 104 on the ground floor, the only one that didn't have a heater, the bathroom had a leak in the shower, and when we finished showering the outside was covered in water. water, having to put towels on the floor. None of the rooms have a minibar (I don't know if this is normal in Cusco). But apart from these small details our stay was very pleasant. The hotel provided information and we purchased our tours at the hotel.
Therefore, I highly recommend it.

Great.

We had a great stay!! We were well received, attentive and cordial staff; the rooms are cozy, only a small detail was that in the bathroom box there was nowhere to support soap/shampoo. The last day we checked out early because of the tour, the hotel arranged a snack for breakfast, and we left our bags in the storage so we could enjoy the tour without worry!!

I had a very good stay. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Good options to choose from at breakfast. And above all, the service was impeccable, with friendly staff, attentive and always willing to help. Highly recommended!
