Good

午前５時過ぎ着の便だったのですが午前７時くらいに着き、そのままチェックインさせてくれました。とてもフレンドリーな対応で、値段的には十分すぎるくらいの心地よさ、最上階からの景色も良かったです。
ただし、スペイン語のみで、全く英語が通じませんでした、フロントにいるときはパソコンでGoogle翻訳でなんとかできましたがそれ以外の場所ではWiFiでスマホで入力してやりとりするのでほんと会話に時間がかかりました。
朝食無料というけれどパンはどこにもなし、なにせ会話ができないからこういう細かいことも質問しても難しい。
市街から遠くはないのですが、丘の上に位置しているため、戻りは登りを覚悟しておく必要があります。私はトレッキングから帰ってきてから登るのにへばりました。

You can enjoy a good view from the upper breakfast floor.
Please note in advance, mostly English language is unavailable there so I was confused to have conversations, And it's located on top of a hill. It was a bit hard for me after I was back from trekking.

Very unfortunate experience

Initially it didn't look so bad at check-in and the host was friendly and nice (cute small dog present as well) but then I found my room was dirty, white chalk or something everywhere and I had to go ask for a towel, toilet paper and soap. Later I found there was no ventilation at all in the shower and after I showered the entire bathroom was extremely humid and I decided to let the bathroom door open which presented me with a foul smell throughout the bedroom and or didn't really pass. I slept bad and found yet more chalk or plaster in my (uncomfortable) bed. In the morning I could not find anyone to mention my complaints to, could not have my breakfast which was supposed to be included, although I was late for that I have to admit, but still and I wanted to check out but could still not find anyone to help me, reception was not manned. Later in the day I came back to try again to check out and finally when someone appeared she didn't take my complaint seriously at all and just stared at me?! My worst experience so far unfortunately and I don't understand how this place got a 7.9 score on tripadvisor.

Muy acogedor

Muy acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para una chica que viaja sola y gusta mucho de privacidad y paz. Me senti como en casa, el personal es muy amable. Buen precio y cerca a la plaza, caminando 10 minutos. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y las duchas con agua caliente.

Casa arcopata

Très bon séjour à Casa Arcopata. Nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous, et le personnel est très gentil. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont propres et les douches sont chaudes. Situé à 5 minutes de la Place des Armes.
