Cool location by the water with a sauna.

Absolutely top hotel in a cool location.
Breakfast is excellent. Great value for money.
Only very small rooms and the mattress could be improved.

We had high expectations, but...

We expected a really high standard from the 4-star hotel, but it wasn’t.
For example, the elevator floor was destroyed and everyone who used it thought that it is very dangerous. The ventilation unit made a lot of noise and noise. Lots of noise from outside the hotel. Pretty medium breakfast, nothing special. Pretty bad bed and mattress. Water pressure in the bathroom very uneven.

Nice and new hotel

Good stay except silly opening hours for breakfast and early check out time. The staff was friendly, and the hotel had a good location close to the waterfront.

Disappointing stay – environmental concerns cannot go at the expense of hygiene and guest health.

We were several colleagues who stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately we sat down with the same experience: the hygiene standard was perceived as very poor.
It seemed that environmental profile and cost savings were at the expense of basic cleaning and comfort for guests. Several of the hotel rooms had hair and dirt from previous guests, which gave a slight hygienic impression. There was no soap in the shower, and several dispensers on the common toilets were empty.
In the reception and bar area, nuts were placed on floors and furniture, and both tables and chairs seemed dirty. When more people experience the same, this is unfortunately not an isolated case.
We also responded that the hotel only had unisex toilets. This was unpleasant for several of us, especially when the cleaning was not satisfactory at the same time.
A hotel doesn’t have to be luxurious, but you have to expect good hygiene, cleanliness and access to basic things like soap. As experienced now, we are concerned that poor hygiene may affect guests’ health and well-being.

Clean room with reasonable comfy size for 2. Had a good spread for breakfast.
However, got waken up by a heavy knock on our room door in the middle of the night (1.40am). No one there when looked through the door peep hole, so ignored it and get back to bed. Then someone knocked the door again a while later. It happened thrice. Highlighted this to the reception during our check out.
Otherwise, all are well.
