“A Magical Stay at Riad Heva”
Riad Heva is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech. Its location is perfect—nestled in the medina yet quiet enough to feel like a true escape. The décor is stunning, combining traditional Moroccan charm with elegant touches that make every corner of the riad feel special.
The service is exceptional—warm, friendly, and truly feels like home. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. The rooftop terrace is simply incredible, offering breathtaking views of the city and a serene space to relax after exploring.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in Marrakech, Riad Heva is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Riad Heva 4 night stay in 'suite' that is a bedroom

Found it a little difficult to find the Riad as there was no sign on the entrance of the souke (other Riads had placques). Had a warm greeting from Nadia who gave us some mint tea & cakes whilst we waited for the room to be available. We had booked the 'suite'. Very disappointed to find this was not a suite at all and was just a large double bedroom. We booked through booking.com so I will take it up with them. But be aware the suite does not have a seperate living room, neither does it have a spa bath, no private pool, no private terrace and no slippers! I questioned Nadia about this but she wasn't able to explain why it is advertised as such. The room was clean and a good size for 4 nights. Not sure we would have managed in the normal room as it appeared to just have enough room for a bed. The pool in the communal area was freezing and couldn't see how to put it on, didn't see anyone in there during our 5 days and we didn't try it. Went out on the roof terrace and on our 3rd day they had put appropriate seating and cushions out. It is a nice quiet space. The hot tub was being tended to on the 3rd day but it was absolutely freezing therefore we didn't use this either. Very disappointed as we had chosen this Riad due to the pool & hot tub but neither were accessible as water was freezing and nowhere to change in the inside communal area. We had breakfast twice this was bread & microwaved pancake with mint tea. Nadia kindly gave us some hot water so we could use our breakfast tea bags we had purchased. The Riad is located in a very authentic part of the city. It is great for easy access to other parts of Marrakech, We weren't afraid to venture and get lost a little and enjoyed the location, albeit, very much a locals area. Everyone we came across on the trip were very friendly and welcoming. Be very careful of the scooters, donkeys, bikes, cars in and around this Riad/Soukes. I was a little freaked out whilst leaving and packing, went to make the bed and a mouse ran out from the blanket I had been sleeping with. Glad it was our last couple of hours as not sure I'd have stayed if it was the first day :-) All in all I would recommend this large room for a 3-4 night stay if you want to explore the authentic side of this city.

Emplacement de rêve

Magnifique emplacement au cœur de marrakech le Riad est tout simplement magnifique Encore un grand merci à toutes les équipes qui ont su rendre notre séjour incroyable merci pour ces délicieux petit déjeuner à la marocaine le service est tout simplement bienveillant je recommande

Superbe séjour entre copines à Marrakech

Nous sommes parties à Marrakech une semaine avant les fêtes de Noel. Le Riad Heva est l'endroit idéal, non seulement par son emplacement au coeur de la Médina mais également grâce à Yacine et Nadia qui sont toujours aux petits soins ! Nous avons passé des vacances reposantes et dépaysantes, à refaire et nous le recommandons vivement !

CHARMANT RIAD

Magnifique Riad avec une décoration typique et un savant mélange moderne,placé aux portes du souk et à proximité le la mosquée
Bab Doukhala, l'accueil est chaleureux le personnels toujours prêt à rendre services, la chambre est belle et très propre.... important, parce que, pas toujours évident au Maroc..et le lit très confortable ,service wifi gratuit ,ne pas hésité à dîner sur place la cuisine est succulente ...Nadia est un cordon bleu Merci Nadia.... Le petit-déjeuner inclus est copieux et délicieux Je recommande ce lieu ou j'ai passée une semaine de rêve ,avec très beau temps pour la première semaine de Novembre...Merci a tous
