Loved the location by the water and a quiet beach in close proximity. Excellent rooftop to have breakfast, watch sunset or relax. Wifi worked fine. Room was spacious and clean. Will recommend.

Room with sea view directly in the Medina

Very nice house, conveniently located in the medina, but directly on the sea, which allows from several rooms (and from the rooftop) magnificent views including sunset. Our room with view large, wonderfully new but Moroccan equipped, the bathroom luxurious (walk-in shower, bathrobes, double vanity). Breakfast as usual, but additionally homemade yogurt. Professional water dispensers to avoid plastic bottles.

NEVER AGAIN!!

We were on a round trip at this hotel. It is actually a very nice riad, but unfortunately very worn out. From the side of the bath-shower tray, while showering between the tiles, the water ran into the room and the fittings disassembled. The furniture on the roof terrace was filthy due to the legacies of the seagulls and was not cleaned. The armchairs in the room were partially stained. Our room unfortunately had the window onto a dirty backyard and the next house was about 1 m away. At breakfast the chair collapsed under me (65 kg) and I got a painful bruise.
Instead of apologizing, the waiter yelled at and cursed at my wife and wanted to prohibit her from taking pictures of the broken chair. Our fellow travellers were totally shocked, they had never experienced anything like this.
I can therefore not give this riad a positive rating, actually a pity.
