Lovely relazing stay in a beautiful small town.
Mario and Jackie (the managers) were very helpful. They gave us a glass of Rose when we booked in to welcome us to Sutivan.
The apartment is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from the harbour with its bars and restaurants. It was well stocked, comfortable and our balcony had a wonderful view of the pool and even the Adriatic across towards Split. There is a supermarket 50 yards away which stocks most necessities. Free parking is available at the apartment which was very handy.
It was nice to borrow one of their bikes for a ride along the sea front late afternoon to see more of the resort. Mario operated a very simple system whereby you just selected the bike you wanted and filled in the booking in / out form and that was that,
Mario was always on hand with tips on where to visit, things to see, view points and general useful information. He was a most welcoming host.

Difficult to comminicate with the reseption.
The Studio appartement was clean and nice when we arrived and very good space in room and closets. Quiet and close to Konzum and towncenter. But, There was no written information in the room about cleaning equipment or washing machine, garbage handling. It is OK to do it yourself if you only know how to. You must ask for hairdryer. For a week stay you will need to at least vacuum or mop the floors (yourselves) and with the reseption only open from 8 - 12 (the door was even close at that time when we tried). it was only a broom in hallway.

Fantastic apartments and amazing host
I visited Bretia Apartments with my Mum and Sister for a week at the end of May. Upon arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome from Ana our host who provided light refreshments and lots of information about the local area, places to visit and a tour of the apartment and facilities.
The apartment was modern, clean and spacious for a 2 bed. The kitchen was well stocked with a range of utensils, pots and pans. The bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower. The balcony was big with dining furniture and was a great place to have breakfast. The pool is lovely with a range of outdoor seating. A bonus was the complimentary bicycles which we used to ride to Supetar (30 mins). The big supermarket is just a 2 minute walk with a wide range of fresh produce and a bakery.
The apartments were very clean and Ana couldn't have been more helpful - always on hand to assist with information and advice.
We loved our time at Bretia Apartments and hope to return in the future. So if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay just a short walk to local restaurants and beaches this is the best choice by far.

Good
We stayed here for 3 nights. Apartment was nice, bed was good. Our shower door was not closing properly, so sometimes the water would flow underneath it. This was solved with some towels, but best would be to fix the problem itself. Very friendly hostess. We loved the fact that you can grab a bike and go to the beach (walking is 5 min to harbor). We had a good stay, although expectations were maybe somewhat higher. Therefore 3 stars.

The appartment was not ready. The manager was very friendly, explain the situation. We found the stairs very dirty, the garden was a mess, the swimming pool was took by weesps. One we entry the appartment we foud the walls weren't clean, the shower leek on the floor (a towell was there to prevent the bathroom to flowd) The most of the guests are from an agency, they follow a programme together, therefore the rest (us in this case) feel not welcome in the pool. All together not a pleasent experiece. They should have staff to clean, make renovations and provide coffe machine in the kitchen (not everyone drink tea).
