Renovated in 2018, Priuli Luxury Rooms is set in the heart of Split, just steps away from the Diocletian’s Palace. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with modern furnishings, high ceilings, and an LCD cable TV. Free coffee and tea can be ordered into the room during the day. All rooms have parquet floors, designer furnishings and luxurious bathrooms with bathrobes and slippers. Various restaurants, bars and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The popular seaside promenade called Riva is a good spot to relax and enjoy the sun in one of the many cafés. It leads from the Diocletian’s Palace to the Marjan Park-Forest which offers panoramic views of the city. Split Bus and Train Stations, as well as Split Ferry Port, with frequent links to numerous Dalmatian Islands, are 2297 feet away. Split International Airport is at a distance of 16 mi. The UNESCO-protected town of Trogir is 19 mi from the Priuli.

You will not find a better place to stay in Split!

Priuli was the ideal place for us to stay in Split! The room was very comfortable. Air conditioning was strong, beds were super comfortable and the room was very quiet. Bathroom was modern and the shower was great. We even had a wall from the original palace in our room! The room is right in the old town… the perfect location. My family really enjoyed the stay!

Sweet Stay in Split

We stayed one night at Priuli Suites. Great location--walkable to all the sights in Split. It was fantastic being inside the walls. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The room was large with windows for plenty of light. Highly recommend.

Great option in the heart of the city

Great stay, with a perfect location. Compact room, however modern, clean and comfortable. Just a few steps from the Diocletian Palace and a short walk from Riva. Dijana was a great hostess! The only issue for me was that the bathroom had a handheld shower, instead of overhead shower.

Our favorite stay in Croatia

We loved our place in Split at Priuli Luxury Rooms. Diane was such a friendly and gracious host. She assisted with our bags up the stairs, checked us in quickly and provided us with maps, water and recommendations for restaurants and things to see. The room is huge, modern and full of light. The bed very comfortable with lovely linens. The bathroom has a generous shower and lots of light.The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet. Diane had a surprise waiting for us that our daughter had arranged with her for my birthday - a bottle of Prosecco , 2 lovely little cakes, candles, a card and a little banner. You definitely won’t regret making this your home in Split.

Excellent city stay

The hosts are really helpful and kind. Location 10/10, you walk short distances to everything city should give you. Friendly and save place to stay at (we had our kids with us, 12 and 16 and they loved it). Clean and modern rooms in middle of UNESCO protected city of Split. Highly recommended for city stay.
